Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping within India is free of charge.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders and incurs a ₹100 service fee at checkout.
  • For exchanges requested due to reasons not attributable to Thaely (e.g., change of size or color), a ₹100 fee will also be charged.
  • Please check the size chart (including cm sizing) carefully before placing your order.

International Shipping

  • International orders incur a flat shipping fee of $30 USD.
  • Delivery charges exclude local taxes and customs duties. These must be paid directly by the customer to local authorities.
  • Thaely will not be responsible for customs charges or the disposal/displacement of orders due to lack of coordination between customers and local customs.
  • In case of disposal or returns arising from such issues, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • COD is not available for international orders.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

  • Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days.
  • Shipping time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
  • You may also visit the delivery partner’s website (provided in your shipment confirmation email) and use the tracking number to track your order.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the order is lost or damaged during shipping.
  • All Super Sale or promotional sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check your size carefully before ordering.

Address Errors

  • While Thaely will attempt to assist in case of errors in shipping addresses, the company will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Customers are encouraged to double-check all order details before placing their order.
